This is a full‑time on‑site role based in The Woodlands, TX. As a Clinical Specialist at Berlin Heart, you will provide expert clinical guidance, training, and support to healthcare professionals in the application and use of Berlin Heart's VADs. Responsibilities include conducting on‑site training sessions, assisting with clinical case support, collaborating on research initiatives, and serving as a resource on clinical best practices.

You will play a key role in fostering relationships with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Expertise in Medicine or Clinical Research, with a strong understanding of advanced medical technologies and treatments
• Proven ability to conduct training sessions effectively and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Strong communication skills for engaging with a multidisciplinary team, delivering presentations, and addressing clinical inquiries
• Ability to contribute to and support ongoing clinical research initiatives
• Relevant healthcare experience, ideally in mechanical circulatory support or ventricular assist devices
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Willingness to work on‑site in The Woodlands, TX, and travel as required for training or clinical support
