POSITION SUMMARYBeusa Energy, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry‑Level HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals looking to gain broad exposure to HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The HR Generalist will assist with a variety of HR support tasks, including onboarding and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people and process improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may")
- Creates and maintains all Employee Personnel files in alignment with our digital filing system
- Processes new employees' Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification).
- Provides administrative support for employee benefits, payroll, and other HR related tasks as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensures compliance with all HR-related regulations.
- Supports HRBPs with triage of HR inbox emails and directs requests to the proper HR point of contact as necessary.
- Manages Driver reports.
- Participate in any necessary auditing processes
- Participates in new hire orientations and onboarding of new employees
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required. Employment is contingent upon meeting company's driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
- Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- 0-2 Years of human resources experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Completes New Hire Safety Orientation and annual recertification.
