POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist (Payroll Lead) owns the payroll operations for Rigaku Americas Holding for a multi-state and international workforce. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery for approximately 400 U.S. employees across 25+ states, while also coordinating payroll operations for a handful of employees in Brazil, Canada, Colombia, and Mexico.

This is a high-impact role operating in our Workday environment. This position serves as the functional payroll system lead, partnering directly with external consultants to manage configuration, reporting, testing, and enhancements.

Beyond payroll processing, the role oversees payroll tax compliance, workers' compensation, unemployment, immigration case coordination, and broader HR operations support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership, enjoys optimizing processes post-implementation, and wants meaningful influence over payroll and HR infrastructure.
