Scrum Master​/Project Manager

The Scrum Master / Project Manager will support data-driven initiatives by combining Agile facilitation with traditional project management. The role ensures data projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams on analytics, data engineering, and BI/reporting projects while driving continuous improvement and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more data‑focused teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize backlog items, and align deliverables with business needs
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports for leadership visibility
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams (data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, IT) to ensure smooth execution
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting project delivery
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and project management processes

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, ideally in data/analytics environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Familiarity with data concepts (ETL, data warehousing, reporting, analytics)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and project tracking/reporting tools

• Experience working with cross‑functional data teams
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

CSM, PSM, PMP, or equivalent (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
