This role is for a Kronos Reporting Analyst on a long-term contract in The Woodlands, Texas, offering a competitive pay rate. Key skills required include proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Business Objects technologies, and data modeling with Erwin Data.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage data reports using Business Objects technologies to support business needs.
  • Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to visualize data and present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Ensure data models are structured efficiently and support reporting needs using tools like Erwin Data.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data reporting processes to maintain performance and accuracy.
  • Provide recommendations to improve data reporting workflows and system efficiencies.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data reporting and analysis technologies.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data querying and management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Business Objects technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting and visualizing data.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including experience with Erwin Data.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate reporting systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data‑related issues.
