This role is for a Kronos Reporting Analyst on a long-term contract in The Woodlands, Texas, offering a competitive pay rate. Key skills required include proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Business Objects technologies, and data modeling with Erwin Data.
Responsibilities- Create and manage data reports using Business Objects technologies to support business needs.
- Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to visualize data and present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
- Ensure data models are structured efficiently and support reporting needs using tools like Erwin Data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data reporting processes to maintain performance and accuracy.
- Provide recommendations to improve data reporting workflows and system efficiencies.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data reporting and analysis technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data querying and management.
- Hands‑on experience with Business Objects technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting and visualizing data.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and practices.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including experience with Erwin Data.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate reporting systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data‑related issues.
