What You'll Do

Lead and deliver complex technical projects on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals

Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders — translating needs into executable solutions

Drive project planning, execution, and reporting using Agile and ITIL methodologies

Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes — and solve them before they become issues

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting with clarity and confidence

Partner with M&A teams to support IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration planning

Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices

Contribute to IT portfolio planning and enterprise reporting strategies

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience leading technical projects in large, complex organizations

Proven experience supporting M&A activities, including integration planning

Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile frameworks, and ITIL concepts

Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communicator — equally effective with technical teams and executive leadership

Skilled at influencing, building consensus, and navigating complex organizational dynamics

Tools & Experience

MS Project, Visio, Excel, Share Point

Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling

Epic/Story development in Agile environments

Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting

Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
