Systems Analyst

Soni's client seeking a proactive and technically strong Solutions Analyst (SA) to partner closely with Business Analysts and internal Digital Technology team to translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable technical solutions.

The SA serves as the technical liaison between business and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This role plays a critical part in designing, documenting, and implementing systems and integrations—particularly with their enterprise ERP platform,
Oracle Fusion
—to support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Business & Technical Alignment

• Partner with Business Analysts to understand objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
• Create and maintain solution design documentation.
• Evaluate solution options (build vs. configure vs. buy) and recommend architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify integration points and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Design and document integrations between enterprise systems and Oracle Fusion
  , ensuring proper validation, reconciliation, logging, and monitoring.

Delivery & Implementation Support

• Define technical acceptance criteria and support development through build and system testing.
• Partner with Data Analysts and Developers on analytics/reporting initiatives.
• Support SIT and UAT while ensuring requirements traceability.
• Ensure documentation is current and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and super users.

Qualifications:

ERP & Integration Expertise

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms (especially Oracle Fusion
  ).
• Experience with integration patterns: APIs, file-based integrations, and event-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to create high-quality technical requirements and solution design artifacts that eliminate ambiguity for developers.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of end-to-end data flows and system interactions.

Testing & Quality

• Experience defining technical test scenarios and supporting SIT/UAT.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across configurations and integrations.

Tools & Methodology

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with
  Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Solutions Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst role supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience translating business requirements into technical designs, including integration specs, testing, and deployment support.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
