Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Help develop annual operating budget; optimize and track related spend. Support in developing business cases for key infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure related Standards, Procedures, and Policies.
• Manage and execute IT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plans and actions.
• Manage enterprise 7x24 operational support model and proactively work to identify and resolve systemic issues and Initiate root cause corrective action process and drive improvements to infrastructure services and support.
• Manage IT infrastructure deliverables related to Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture.

• Extensive technical knowledge of IT Networking, Server/VM architectures, workstation/PCs, Enterprise & PC software.
• Working knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information and NIST 800-171 cyber security controls and hands‑on experience in developing and executing cyber security policies.
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) with customers at all organizational levels and external suppliers.
• Good program & project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities effectively to execute multiple projects in parallel.
• Proven ability to translate business needs and issues into IT requirements.
• Demonstrative ITSM tools.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 7 years IT professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managing IT infrastructure and IT teams.
