Key Responsibilities – Solution Design & Implementation

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design functional solutions using the Hexagon SDx platform; configure SDx modules (e.g., SDx Projects, SDx Operations) to meet client needs.
• Support integration with other enterprise systems such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA, GED, APM, Meridium and CAD tools.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on SDx functionalities, workflows and best practices; develop and maintain functional documentation (configuration guides, process flows).
• Support client engagement: conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and stakeholders; troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation and post go‑live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, customization and system integration; liaise with Product Owner to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Education:
  
  bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in implementing Hexagon SDx.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, engineering workflows and project execution processes.
• Technical skills: familiarity with SDx configuration data models and integration points.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting for data manipulation (preferred).
• Soft skills:
  
  excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

• Experience with Hexagon Smart Plant suite (SPF, SPI, SPPID) or other Hexagon tools.
• 3 implementations with integrations between SDx and other systems (e.g., SAP, CAD tools).
• At least one implementation with cloud deployment and knowledge of SDx SaaS offerings.
• Knowledge of industry standards: ISO 15926, EPC workflows.
