Role Overview

Join Webber as an Innovation Delivery Lead and drive the future of construction technology. This role plays a critical part in advancing digital transformation across construction projects while delivering measurable business value.

• Lead project teams, develop and maintain project plans, execute projects using Agile Scrum methodologies, communicate project status to stakeholders, and manage budgets and risks.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in project management frameworks, Agile Scrum delivery, and Service Now, with the ability to integrate new technologies into complex construction environments.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, information technology, computer science, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification highly preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex technology solutions
• Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or innovation programs on large infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, PMBOK, ITIL, and Service Now platforms
• Experience in construction industry processes is a plus
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision‑making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
