IT Solutions Lead
Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic IT Solutions Lead to partner with stakeholders, drive digital transformation, and deliver impactful applications that support our growing business.
Job DescriptionAs an IT Solutions Lead, you will bridge the gap between business and technology—working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop compelling business cases, and identify the right solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping Webber’s technology landscape while also contributing hands‑on to application development across emerging platforms and tools.
Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and develop clear, compelling business cases and solution proposals.
- Lead research and evaluation of technology solutions, including preparing comparison analyses and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage solution selection through approval and vendor engagement processes.
- Transition approved projects to IT Project Management for execution and successful delivery.
- Participate in design, development, and support of applications using tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, .NET, SQL, Python, and Machine Learning.
- Develop low‑code and automation solutions, including RPA (UiPath) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Support the research and implementation of Machine Learning and AI capabilities within the organization.
- Lead development of GIS‑based applications using Esri ArcGIS to support business operations.
- Perform data modeling and support data warehouse initiatives (e.g., Pyramart).
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for applications and systems.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Machine Learning and low‑code technologies (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, ArcGIS).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Microsoft Power Automate
- SQL and data warehouse/data modeling techniques
- Programming experience with .NET, Python, and React
- Experience with AI development and productivity tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Windsurf
- Familiarity with modern development workflows using Git Hub (version control, collaboration, CI/CD)
