Maverick Payments is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to support internal users, install hardware, and manage onboarding/offboarding. This role reports to the Director of IT and focuses on advanced troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
The ideal candidate will oversee identity and security configurations across AD, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, plus use tools like Connect Wise and Manage Engine. Hybrid schedule in the Houston area is possible.
