IT Deployment & Epic Go-Live Support Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Deployment and Support Technician to support device deployments, Epic go-live activities, and post-deployment technical support. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various IT devices while ensuring a smooth experience for end users.

• Install, configure, and connect IT devices to the network.
• Support the deployment of multiple devices, including scanners, printers, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and desktop workstations
  .
• Provide technical support during Epic go-live activities and ensure all devices are ready for use.
• Assist end users with device setup, connectivity, and technical issues.
• Provide post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting after the rollout.
• Quickly identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Hypercare support during and after deployment to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and sustained operations.
• Maintain clear documentation of deployments, issues, and resolutions.

• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Deployment, or Field Support
  .
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, workstations, and other IT devices
  .
• Knowledge of network connectivity and basic troubleshooting.
• Epic go-live or healthcare IT support experience is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deployment and Hypercare support environment.
