IT/OT Infrastructure & Operations Manager
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Work arrangement: On-site
We are recruiting an IT/OT Infrastructure & Operations Manager for an organization with domestic and international operations. This role leads technical support and infrastructure teams while ensuring reliable, secure technology services across corporate and operational environments.
The right person will bring strong people leadership and hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, industrial technology, and complex operations.
What you’ll doLead distributed teams responsible for end-user support, infrastructure, networks, and operational technology.
Maintain reliable day-to-day services across cloud, on-premises, and industrial environments.
Guide infrastructure architecture and engineering decisions with a focus on security, scalability, and resilience.
Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Support the integration and security of IT and OT systems, including industrial control systems.
Manage vendors, technology projects, service standards, and operational processes.
Provide technology support for business changes, including acquisitions and system integrations.
Partner with business and technical leaders to prioritize improvements and resolve operational risks.
Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or solutions architecture.
At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
Experience supporting both enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
The ability to lead teams and make sound technical decisions across multiple locations.
