Supply Chain Specialist

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to work on a hybrid 1-year assignment in their facilities in The Woodlands, TX.

Experienced Supply Chain Specialist with over 10 years in procurement and logistics, including extensive support for Gulf of Mexico offshore operations. Proven expertise in contract management, SAP purchasing, and Ariba sourcing, with strong knowledge of offshore logistics including vessels, aviation, and fuel coordination.

• Managed end-to-end supply chain operations supporting Gulf of Mexico offshore activities, including logistics coordination for vessels, aircraft, and fuel supply.
• Developed and executed contracting strategies, leveraging 5+ years of experience in contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Utilized SAP to issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely procurement.
• Administered contract lifecycle processes using Ariba, including sourcing, contract creation, and vendor engagement.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of materials and services in a high-demand oil & gas environment.
