Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
- Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
- Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
- Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
- Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
- Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
- Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
- Create and maintain system transactions
- Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry
