We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Project Logistics Pricing Supervisor to lead day-to-day pricing activities and support the delivery of competitive, profitable logistics solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing pricing operations, managing supplier and procurement activities, guiding the pricing team, and ensuring accurate quotations that align with customer requirements and company profitability objectives.

How you create impact
  • Supervise daily pricing activities and support the Project Logistics Pricing team in delivering timely, accurate, and competitive quotations.
  • Prepare, review, and manage pricing solutions across multiple transport modes, including air, ocean, road, charter, and specialized project cargo.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting procurement and sourcing initiatives to secure the most competitive rates.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for pricing-related inquiries and collaborate with customer excellence, sales, and operations teams to support customer opportunities.
  • Ensure pricing data, quotations, and system records are accurately maintained and completed within established service-level timelines.
  • Partner with business unit pricing teams to identify rate optimization opportunities and improve overall pricing competitiveness.
  • Analyze quote performance, win/loss ratios, and gross profit margins, providing recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
What we would like you to bring
  • 5+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or logistics pricing.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating teams in a logistics, procurement, commercial, or operational environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience evaluating costs, margins, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics.
  • Proven supplier management, procurement, and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
