Partner with the best as an Manufacturing Specialist – Material Plan & Execution. In this role you will be responsible for managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules, ensuring alignment with production plans and KPIs, and optimizing inventory and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Managing master planning, material processes, and systems to support production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
  • Optimizing inventory levels and implementing process improvements.
  • Exchanging data and information to address interaction concerns and drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or part of a larger unit with a budget exceeding $1.5million.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

This role is in general hours (8AM–5PM).
