Fabricator II – Bit

As a Technician Fabricator, you will play a key role in supporting production by accurately measuring, interpreting technical drawings, and fabricating components to specification. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a hands‑on environment.

• Use measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read and comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, routers, bills of materials, and manufacturing procedures.
• Apply basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and fractions.
• Perform fabrication tasks to meet product specifications.
• Operate a forklift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Machining experience.
• Trainee level with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Adapt your work approach to maximize productivity and safety.

This role is in first shift (4 PM – 2 AM).
