Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Bill of Materials Specialist position in Woodlands, TX. - Bill of Materials (BOM) Development
- Develop and maintain asset-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and facility equipment. - Research OEM manuals, drawings, vendor documentation, and equipment records to identify required spare parts.
- Validate BOM accuracy through field verification with maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Establish standardized BOM structures and naming conventions. Link spare parts to asset records within the CMMS. CMMS Data Management
- Create and maintain equipment records, asset hierarchies, and location structures. Manage spare parts catalogs and material master records. Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintenance and Reliability Support
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs through accurate materials data. Assist maintenance planners with job plans and parts requirements. - Support reliability initiatives by ensuring maintenance-related asset data is accurate and complete. Participate in equipment criticality assessments.
- 3-5 years experience working in with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Supply Chain management
- Experience working with ERP and CMMS Data Management systems
- Experience providing cross-team support.
- High school diploma/GED
Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
