Ridgewood at The Woodlands is located at 10450 Gosling RD in The Woodlands. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated RN to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care to our residents and ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Provide direct nursing care to residents and maintain a high standard of quality care in daily operations.

• Administer medications and monitor resident health status as directed by physicians and care plans.
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents; document observations and ensure timely communication with the care team.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff and coordinate with charge nurse duties as required.
