Hospice RN Manager – The Woodlands, TX

TX Recruiting is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Manager for a growing hospice organization in The Woodlands, TX
. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong RN supervisor who enjoys leading a clinical team while remaining focused on exceptional patient care.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospice nurse who is ready to take the next step in leadership or an established RN Manager looking for a new opportunity. You will have the ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of hospice clinicians while helping ensure patients and families receive the highest level of care.

• Provide leadership and supervision to the hospice clinical nursing team
• Support, mentor, and develop RNs and other clinical staff
• Oversee patient care and ensure clinical standards are consistently met
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with leadership to improve quality, service, and patient outcomes
• Serve as a resource for staff when complex patient or family situations arise

• Current Texas RN license
• Hospice experience strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory, clinical leadership, or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospice patient care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach and develop clinical staff
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
