You’ll assess wounds, develop individualized care plans, perform treatments and dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and caregivers. Working closely with physicians and care teams, you’ll play a vital role in improving outcomes and helping patients recover safely at home.

We’re seeking a compassionate RN with an active Texas nursing license, current CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and strong wound care knowledge. Experience in home health, wound care, hospital, or clinical settings is preferred, along with excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

We offer day, evening, and weekend opportunities throughout North Houston, The Woodlands, Spring, and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for nurses who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
