This position offers guaranteed part-time hours (20 hours per week) to start, with the opportunity to build into a guaranteed full-time schedule based on performance. Candidates must have open availability and be willing to travel throughout our service areas, including The Woodlands, North Houston, Kingwood, Humble, and surrounding Southeast Texas communities.

As an RN Home Care Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing services tailored to each patient's unique needs. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, provide wound care, administer IV infusion therapies, manage vascular access devices, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management. Your clinical expertise will help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while receiving care at home.

We're seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse with strong assessment abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Home health, clinic, or healthcare experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, communicates effectively with physicians and care teams, and is willing to travel throughout our coverage areas to meet patient needs.

This position offers a variety of skilled nursing assignments, allowing you to utilize advanced nursing skills including patient assessments, wound care, IV infusion therapy, vascular access management, and ongoing care coordination. Every visit provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while practicing at the top of your license.
