What You'll Do- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete assessments, wound care, and medication management
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Flexible scheduling - you choose your availability
- Supportive leadership & responsive office team

- Active Texas RN license
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
- CPR certification
