Job Title:
Fine Dining Restaurant Servers and Bartenders
Join our esteemed fine dining establishment at Churrascos-The Woodlands, where exceptional service and a sophisticated atmosphere come together to create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking professional, attentive, and personable Servers and Bartenders to enhance our team and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, following established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining service or bartending preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
