HEI Hotels + Resorts - Up to $16.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards.;
Start food items ahead of time and manage par levels, rotate perishables.;
Assist in keeping buffet stocked and ensure perishables are properly stored and dated.;
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, and other listed tools.;
Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per HEI standards.
