What You'll Do:

Our Sales Associates are key to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Meet and exceed sales targets by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.

Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences.

Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and leaders to maintain a positive, supportive environment.

Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.

Foster Inclusion & Respect: Promote an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for Customer Service: Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences, with retail or customer service experience as a plus.

Sales Savvy: Ability to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with technology and accurate with transactions.

Fashion Forward: Interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their perfect look.
