Provides exceptional customer service and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests. Should be knowledgeable on all activities and lesson structures at the Club. Maintains the Pro Shop and court area in a clean and organized manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all tennis and pickleball courts
• Receive merchandise
• Organize merchandise
• Dust and straighten stock
• Assist with inventory and display of inventory
• Register and collect guest fees, tournaments, and lessons
• Answer telephone and keep detailed messages
• Maintain clean Pro Shop area
• Follow and enforce shop procedures

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
