Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor is an in-store leader responsible for supporting the management team, developing a professional sales team, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role combines hands‑on selling, coaching, and ensuring visual and service standards are met. The Supervisor helps drive store sales and personal performance through clienteling and product expertise.

• Support management to lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a gold‑standard team
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready-to-Wear and Custom‑Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Work with store support departments and align with HR on policies, procedures, and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
