Field Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a growing industrial distribution company serving warehouses, manufacturers, contractors, distribution centers, and other commercial customers throughout the Houston area.

This is a field-based outside sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and growing a territory. You’ll spend much of your time out in the market visiting customer locations and working directly with decision-makers.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage customer relationships throughout the Houston market
• Visit customer sites and understand their needs
• Present products and solutions for industrial and MRO applications
• Develop and grow your assigned territory
• Prepare quotes and follow up on customer opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain sales activity and customer information in CRM systems

What we’re looking for:

• Sales, outside sales, B2B, territory sales, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Houston area
• Valid driver’s license
• Industrial, warehouse, construction, distribution, or MRO experience is a plus, but not required
