Deliver personalized beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending products from luxury beauty brands. Build customer loyalty and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
- Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving during shifts and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
