Seasonal retail sales role focused on fashion, styling, and building lasting customer relationships. The salesperson supports in-store and digital selling while helping maintain a customer-ready department.
Responsibilities- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
- Support department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work flexibly across departments as needed.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- Interest in networking and technology to achieve sales goals, and ability to work well on a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
