Summary
The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. The role combines customer service, product education, and counter business management in a commissioned sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, customer service, trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, work collaboratively, and achieve sales goals.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
