• Support project activities in the Americas time zone with a prime focus on US/CA and Latin America, covering Palo Alto perimeter firewall technology and Zscaler implementations.
• Provide day‑to‑day global network security operations using technologies such as Zscaler Internet Security ZIA, Zscaler Private Access ZPA, and Palo Alto Firewalls NGFW.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, including ZIA, ZPA, and related Palo Alto innovations.
• Regularly review rule sets to harden and improve security of protected systems, ensuring compliance and promptly addressing any deviations from policy or standards.
• Define and implement technical changes after consulting business departments and manage the operational lifecycle of security devices.
• Actively share expertise with the team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to elevate overall capability.

• Bachelor’s degree required; certification in network security technology preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant IT network or security experience, e.g., Firewall Administrator.
• Technical knowledge in security, Zero Trust, and state‑of‑the‑art network security technologies.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity to learn new technologies, concepts, and skills.
• Drive for high, consistent quality, self‑motivation, and the ability to learn and work in an organized manner.
