Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and community areas, assisting with visitor interactions, reporting unusual activity, and following post orders related to resident property rules and after-hours procedures.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of security-related experience; valid drivers license; high school diploma or equivalent.
