Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access to the location, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.;
Inspect gates, doors, fencing, lighting, and other site conditions during patrols, reporting maintenance concerns and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
