Howard Hughes Communities is seeking a Building Engineer I to support the Property Operations Team across office and retail assets. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC skills, under supervision.
You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, assist the lead engineer, and maintain records in the Angus Work Order system. After-hours emergency calls are on a rotating basis.
