We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Developer who wants real influence in shaping our HR and payroll platform used by thousands of businesses nationwide. This is not just another front-end role—it’s a mission-critical opportunity to help define how our platform is designed, built, and experienced. You’ll help modernize key product areas while establishing front-end standards that influence development as we scale.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll have a strong voice in how things are built, not just what gets built. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering leadership to turn vision into clean, intuitive, high-performing user experiences. Your work will directly impact how clients and employees interact with our platform every day.

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable front-end applications across our HR and payroll platform.
• Own front-end architecture for key areas, with a focus on long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams from concept through release.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and product concepts into polished, intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• Champion code quality through testing, debugging, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Actively contribute to architecture and build reviews, helping raise the technical bar across the team.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and apply them thoughtfully to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
• Support the development and integration of AI-driven features and intelligent user experiences.

• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience building from wireframes and design mockups.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re comfortable partnering across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git or P4V.
