AI Developer Opportunity | Hybrid | $150K + 20% Bonus

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 per year

An industry leading organization within the energy and industrial sector seeks an AI Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. • Develop and deploy AI‑powered applications, prompt‑based systems, and intelligent workflows
• Design and support Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi‑agent AI systems
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices supporting enterprise AI functionality
• Integrate AI tools into existing business systems and operational platforms
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve model performance, reliability, and scalability
• Assist with prompt engineering, testing, fine‑tuning initiatives, and continuous optimization efforts

• 3+ years of experience within AI/ML development, software engineering, or enterprise systems integration
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks
• Strong understanding of API development and distributed systems architecture
• Exposure to RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, or AI orchestration tools preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field preferred
