Plumber

Jark (Cambridge) Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team on a contract basis in the Thetford area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, servicing, and general maintenance of plumbing and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all plumbing and heating systems

• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and to a high standard

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and company procedures

• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members

Requirements:

• Valid skills card

• Strong working knowledge of job site health and safety

• City & Guilds qualification and/or completed Mechanical or Plumbing apprenticeship

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Enhanced Level 1 Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
