The purpose of this position is to collect utility payments and outstanding debt for utility services and assisting customers in person and by telephone. Monitor accounts; handle utility services; set up repayment plans, maintain dates and cross‑train and other additional duties. The Utility Collection Assistant position is in Pay Grade 615 in the City's Uniform Plan of Salary Ranges.

The minimum pay rate is $ 17.70
