As a Material Replenishmnt Specialist for JD Thibodaux
located in Thibodaux ,
LA
, you will:

• Develop and maintain material replenishment strategies at product-line and factory levels.
• Use SAP MRP to deliver materials to production lines on time, to correct use locations, and in proper packaging.
• Analyze replenishment strategies to improve part presentation and reduce inventory and handling costs.
• Develop and execute material-flow strategies.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Management on replenishment design.
• Manage systematic changes for PDP-to-OFP transitions and line-rate changes.
• Support CI, Kaizen, MLCR, and material-flow process improvements.
• Support Smart Connected Factory initiatives.
• Develop methods, controls, and analytics to improve manufacturing operations

• 2 or more years in Material Flow, Factory Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Management.
• Strong process execution and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and independent problem-solving.
• Root-cause analysis capability.
• Experience building reports, analytics products, or dashboards.

• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Project management or process-change leadership experience.
• Understanding of BMRs, setback days, and Bills of Material.

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in:
  
  Business/Management,Supply Management,Engineering/Technology
