Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager, Contracts Manager
Well-established and growing commercial civil/landscape firm seeking an experienced Operations Managerto oversee all phases of operations in the landscape construction division.
This is a senior management position responsible for driving performance, quality, safety, and profitability. The ideal candidate has a strong background infield supervision and estimating with civil commercial construction experience. Expertise in landscaping, masonry, grading, and drainage is a strong plus.

10 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery utilizing CPM scheduling
Supervise and support field crews, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
Prepare or review project estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals in coordination with the estimating team
Schedule labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently across job sites
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide leadership to field staff
Implement and enforce company standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices
Track and report on division KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
Mentor and develop high-performing team members
Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in civil /Commercial construction operations or project management
Strong field background with hands-on experience in site supervision and estimating
Experience in landscaping, grading, paving, masonry, or drainage systems is highly preferred
Proficient in reading blueprints, construction specs, and performing accurate takeoffs
Skilled with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Plan Swift
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites required
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
OSHA 30 Certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
