Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee demolition and dismantling projects from planning through completion. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage field operations, project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and safety while traveling to project sites across the United States.

• Lead demolition projects from project kickoff through final closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and daily operations.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and environmental requirements.
• Track project progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, billing, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting project deadlines.

• Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience in demolition, heavy civil, or construction.
• Strong understanding of demolition methods, construction practices, and project execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, and budgets.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.

• Experience with industrial demolition or decommissioning projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• HAZWOPER Certification.
• Experience using project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree is a plus.
