Job Duties Responsibility / Duty Teach 4 to 5 courses per semester. Maintain at least 10 office hours per week. Attend at least one professional development training per semester related to pedagogy. Successfully complete quality matters training in order to be able to teach online. Percentage Of Time 50 Responsibility / Duty Attend all required department, college, and university level meetings.

Participate in Colonel Days and other recruiting events. Participate in curricular design activities that review, evaluate and revise program curricula and practices to ensure compliance with professional standards, state-mandated guidelines and requirements of business/industry and higher education. Assist in annual plans and five year program reviews. Percentage Of Time 30 Responsibility / Duty Stay current in the field by attending conferences and presenting research Help promote student research in courses and university events such as Expeaux Publish in refereed articles and/or books.
