• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in general education and high incidence disabilities.
• Develop and teach courses related to behavior analysis and the CABAS model, as well as mentor and supervise students.
• Supervise practicum and residency experiences.
• Advise students and hold 10 office hours per week.
• Serve on department, college, and university committees.
• Participate in program development and accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (local schools and school systems).
• Provide service within the university, to state and local educational agencies, and to relevant professional organizations, including training for CABAS schools.
• Engage in research and publish in scholarly journals in the field of behavior analysis and education.

• A terminal degree (PhD) with advanced expertise in applied behavior analysis, research methods, and teaching.
• A doctoral degree in a relevant field such as behavior analysis or education.
• Familiarity with data analysis and behavior assessment tools.
• A CABAS professional rank of master teacher or above.
• BCBA certification.
• Certified to teach in a P‑12 setting.
• 3 years of successful teaching in the P‑12 setting as demonstrated by evaluations.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
