Chemical Cleaning Field Supervisor

Overview

(Thibodaux, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Chemical Cleaning Field Supervisor to manage and lead field operations related to Chemical Cleaning, High Velocity Flushing, Air Blowing/Line Drying, and Pigging Services. This position is responsible for end-to-end project management, with approximately 75% travel and a typical 7/12 schedule for up to 60 days.

• Manage project development from initiation to close
• Oversee employees, contract workers, and customer staff (typically 2–10 people)
• Perform manual labor as needed to support technicians and project completion
• Ensure compliance with all safety, customer, company, and insurance protocols
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project/Operations Managers to meet customer expectations
• Communicate project expectations to all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage documentation and internal job tracking
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and technician development
• Pursue continuing education and certifications; stay updated on industry standards

• 5+ years of field leadership experience
• 3+ years experience in High Velocity Flushing, Air Blowing, Pigging, or Chemical Cleaning Services
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and growth mindset

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in elevated areas up to 170 feet
• Must bend, climb, walk, and stand for long periods
• Work around hazardous areas including hydrocarbon zones under high pressure and heat
• Wear appropriate PPE (steel-toe shoes, respirator, H2S monitor, hard hat, hearing and eye protection)
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather
