Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating physical and psychological factors, financial, social, and community resources in providing client services. From pre-admission to post discharge.
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications- Bachelors or Associates degree in Nursing.
- Three years experience clinical nursing experience required, critical care experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Quality Resource Management desired.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and use appropriate time management skills.
- Must be familiar with community and state agencies, program, and resource service and their appropriate utilization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Louisiana.
- National certification desired.
