Moreaux Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment across Off The Hook restaurant locations in South East Louisiana. This hands-on role covers duties from preventive maintenance programs to emergency repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC, and be able to work flexible shifts. A valid Louisiana driver's license is required.
